Job Title: Sales Planning Manager
Ref: SPM Location: Nigeria
Drive initiatives for product distribution
Provide adequate support for Dealers to increase sales volume.
Prepare annual operating budget using annual activities, structural and infrastructural plans for the territories and the assigned regions
Ensure approved budgets are monitored and tracked to ensure strict adherence to budget provision.
Coordinate the deployment of trade improvement initiatives
Coordinate the development and implementation of trade satisfaction surveys, drive the assessment of the trade incentives efficiency, ensure planning accuracy and partner improvement tracking
Partner with the Sales Team to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth objective
Analyze effectiveness, efficiency and ROl of all promotions.
Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop sales materials for field sales, retail and customers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or a Business related discipline is preferred.
Relevant postgraduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage
Not more than 35 years of age
8-10 Years FMCG, Telecoms or related sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
Proven track records in leading sales team(s)
Good experience of the environment and business terrain
Creative thinking skills.
