Job Title: Telesales Personnel
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Basic Responsibility
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products available, promotions, and services.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Scope of Accountability
- Answer questions about the company, our products and services.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Willingness to go for field visits at necessary intervals.
Main Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Research ongoing projects across the country and collect information about the companies awarded the contracts. Research new leads and contact details of decision makers in target industries.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep updated customer details in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Send a daily report of calls
- Generate at least 3 positive leads per day.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Preferably Female.
Work Schedule:
- Work Type: Full Time Staff
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri; 8am to 5pm (1hr lunch time at 1pm)
- Saturdays; 8am to 1pm (1st Saturday of the month off)
- Office Location: Lekki-Epe Express, Lekki Elf.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
