We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supplier Service Officer

Location: Port - Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • To Onboard Customers (Wholesalers), build customers profile accross territories and maintain customer relationships within assigned territories
  • Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers with Implementation.
  • Help customers solve technical problems and ensure smooth adaptation of our product and services
  • Leverage feedback forcontinous improvement on the onboarding process
  • Provide essential feedback/reports regarding clients within the Territory

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon time frame
  • Tech Savvy
  • Meet and exceed Targets
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work the highest levels of customer service
  • Good Communication skills and problem solving skills

Salary
N70,000 / month.
