The Capital Companion Limited is a real estate sales and funds management company established to provide commercial services to a wide range of clients with special emphasis to high net worth individuals and corporate entities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Expansion and Portfolio Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Maintains current knowledge about financial products available to corporate and individual clients, including real estate, bonds, stocks, investments, and trusts
  • Works closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities,and use such to project portfolio growth and enlargement.
  • Presents investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed course of action in meetings with clients,
  • Using complex financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to inform decisions and proposals,
  • Makes decisions about financial and investment opportunities on behalf of clients,
  • Meets with an investment team, including analysts and other managers, to stay up-to-date about market situations and company decisions that may impact one another and the market,
  • Develops relationships with clients and expands client network in professional and social settings,
  • Specializes in a particular investment field or industry to aspire to achieve expert level knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Applicant with a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a business expansion and portfolio growth position.

Skills:

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines,
  • Entrepreneurship drive and ability to grow portfolio,
  • Strong business and investment acumen,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
