Virgin-landmarts is a Nigerian real estate company headquartered in Lagos. Established to solve the dearth in global housing ownership as well adding value to individual and organization on a timely and consistent basis.

Our core business include Real Estate, Building construction with modern architectural design and property management. We are a team of highly skilled professionals, trained and equipped with the necessary tools to distinguish ourselves in the Real Estate industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Lead our organization sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Track sales goal and report result as necessary
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
  • Meet personal/monthly team sales targets
  • Inform customers of deal and promotion
  • Ensure continuous training of sales team
  • Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and products knowledge education
  • Promote the sale and brand to the public
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Ensure you reflect the image of the company positively
  • Meet quarterly sales deadline
  • Guide the team member and ensure they meet quarterly sales deadline
  • Maintain clients’ records

Requirements

  • A hunger to succeed
  • Minimum of 3 years experience Sales, Marketing, and / or Commercial leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
  • Ability to partner across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive improvement in business performance
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to lead thinking and deliver results in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to resolve complex issues with clear commercial-centered solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sustainable results and problem-solving
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations
  • Team player with a “can-do” attitude.
