Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Cultivate new leads within the sales location
  • Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales target.
  • Visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads
  • Ensure complete and timely payment
  • Educate customers on how products or services can be beneficial to them.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in sales
  • Age: 27 - 35 years

Skills:

  • Proven sales & supervisory experience; outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into active clients; strong communication; negotiation and interpersonal skills; good knowledge of local sales region; an 'eye on the prize' attitude with a passion to succeed and must possess ability to talk and convince prospects.

Salary

  • Attractive plus commission.
