A Reputable Food and Beverage Company in Sango-Ota, Ogun State, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules
  • Receive, Vet and Report on all sales leads
  • Answer potential customer questions and do a followup call
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Recommend changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling technique
  • Improve sales activities within the coverage region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of four years (4) cognitive experience in sales
  • Demonstrated and proven track record in sales
  • Basic Computer skill in use of Microsoft office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Persuasive and goal oriented
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Salary

  • N45,000 - N55,000 monthly.
