Pragmatic Technologies Limited is a holding company that has top brand presence in Nigeria: PRAG (a top leading brand for stabilizers, inverters, batteries, solar and other power products). It was incorporated in Lagos, Nigeria with Registration Number 277126. It was registered on 01 Aug 1995. The official brand of Pragmatic Technologies is PRAG.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative / Showroom Officer

Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure showroom targets are achieved.
  • Assist in stock management and ordering; reassess stock monthly/ ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
  • Assist in systems review on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Provide information on business opportunities and threats; including competition.
  • Build long-term relationships that build loyalty and trust with key customers
  • Ensure daily banking is reconciled and banked accurately.
  • Ensure reports are sent in daily/ as at when due
  • Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
