Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative of a Juice Bar, your role will include working directly with prospects and customers to book produce orders, serving customers, setting and maintaining attractive displays, provide customer service, meet sales quotas and cleaning and maintaining the juice bar display area according to the Organization specifications and Department requirements.
You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.

Primary Responsibilities

Give every customer immediate and undivided attention. Do everything possible to ensure that customers are satisfied and have a positive experience.
Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products.
Follow juice bar procedures to maintain supplies, storage and coolers and to track product transfers and spoilage.
Assist with sampling program by keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing and by sampling products directly to customers.
Book and record produce orders with customers, shippers, and vendors.
Manage current customer base through frequent communications and excellent service.
Target prospects and conduct cold calls in order to continuously grow the customer base.
Promote and assist with various sales and promotional efforts.
Work to meet all established sales targets.
Answer questions and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective customers.
Forge successful professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify and leverage various opportunities for business development.

Job Qualifications

HND / OND
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience.

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service, friendly personality and positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Ability to sell proactively.
Aptitude to gain extensive product knowledge.
Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
Effective time management skills.
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the juice bar.
