Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
  • Have a good command of the English language.
  • Have 4+ years of experience in luxury sales and must have occupied a marketing role for at least 2 of them.
  • Be computer literate and be proficient in the use of digital business tools including Microsoft Office package and Google docs.

The sales & marketing manager will:

  • Provide daily leadership for sales and customer service staff.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Work with management to realise a good portion of the annual forecasted revenue.
  • Be responsible for delivering an agreed revenue target within set timelines.
  • Create engaging sales pitches to win clients.
  • Engage in customer targeting, lead acquisition and conversion activities.
  • Ensure recovery of contract amounts from clients.
  • Participate in sales events and exhibitions.
  • Monitor the competition and recommend product improvements.
