Job Title: Sales Manager (Flexible Package)

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
  • Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
  • Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
  • Implementation of territory growth strategies.
  • Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
  • Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
  • Identifying and developing a sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Managing entire sales process targeting to the top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5 years of experience in sales in the same or related industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Strictly for candidates with experience in flexible packaging.

Salary

  • N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
