Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

  • Responsible for objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Team members.
  • He/she will be primarily responsible for driving all revenue generation initiatives.
  • He or she must have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding Team sales targets by successfully managing the sales Team.

Requirements

  • 3 year minimum experience as a Sales Manager/Teamlead in the Financial Institution.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • A Second class lower (2.2) minimum grade.
  • Be proactive, able to identify opportunities and take the initiative to harness them
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary
320,000 Naira / Month (Gross).
