Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are seeking for qualified applicants for our client, a Major Player in Real Estate Sector.
  • As a Sales Executive, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven 2-4 years cognate experience as a Sales Executive
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Applicants must reside on the island.
