NENnetworks - Our client, a Real Estate Company in Lagos State is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Support the management in overseeing marketing operations
  • Suggest ways to organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Help in mapping out advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and spearhead distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Amongst other duties however, you are required to [directly/indirectly] produce a monthly sales inflow for the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing or any other related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in real estate will be an added advantage
  • Must live in the mainland with close proximity to Ikeja, lagos.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
