Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing business opportunities.
  • We expect you to have the drive to achieve ambitious goals and yet work with the team to streamline operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build a pipeline of prospective accounts.
  • Identify and engage key contacts through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Provide value-added content to prospects (case studies, screencasts, presentations, etc.)
  • Manage and track sales activities and results using CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound/inbound prospecting, or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Passion for understanding and explaining sales services.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
