Job Title: Sales / Customer Care Representative
Location: Opebi - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill this postion. Candidate must be female and within the age of 20- 25 Candidate must be a computer literate and also have great oral communication ability and good use of social media.

Job Responsibilities

To ensure customer have the right product and good service
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands. Assist clients on order-on-line Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
Assist customers with after-sales service issues Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client Maintain and update regular client correspondence Provide customers with information about items.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Elevate complaints to management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills Social Media Proficiency Friendly disposition
The ability to maintain calm under pressure Computer literacy
Ability to organize processes and people Detail-oriented Analytical skills
Interested candidates should reside in opebi, ikeja and its enviroments.

Requirement

Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / Month.
