We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Core purpose of role will be to find and develop new business prospects, develop and grow personal relationships with contacts and prospect leads to expand sales.
Initiate the sales process, making sales presentations to sales prospects and filing reports or presenting to the Managing Director.
Achieve revenue target of assigned business segment, carry out research on market conditions and competitors in order to remain responsive to clients’ needs
Establish an excellent on-going working relationship with corporate partners; optimize each contact with new and existing clients, provide clients with the highest standard of customer service through the sales cycle in order to maintain existing clientele and gain new ones amongst, many other responsibilities.
Capture sales information with the correct information on the CRM, monitor and manage customer accounts.
Manage Customers Service Contracts and Subscription Renewals.
Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with our services; Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise; Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Meets with other departments to make sure that services are being provide to the customers and give support when needed.
Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to the Managing Director.
Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Teamwork and motivational skill.
