Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Officer

Location: Badore - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • They are seeking to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Officer to oversee various activities that leads to the purchase and sales of goods and products.

Job Description

  • Brokering deals between sellers and buyers.
  • Oversee the promotion of sales on advertisement media and listing services.
  • Meet with clients and prospects interested in our product to offer them product deals.
  • Communicating with clients to identify their requirements and choice of product.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and contracts.
  • Coordinating the closing of deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a product before concluding a sales deal.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Proffer recommendations to buyers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of field sales/marketing experience.
  • Proven work experience in a real estate/construction/Manufacturing and sales of building materials industry is an added advantage.
  • Possess qualities such as negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary

  • N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
