WAVE is solving what is arguably the biggest challenge on the continent: youth unemployment. In West Africa, 40-85% of youth, more than 50 million, are either unemployed or underemployed. Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Lagos-Ibadan Express way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

  • Provides general strategic leadership to sales functions and sales teams;
  • Proactively leads in strategic business planning process that develops mutual sales performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for any given period.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key distributors and key customers and be ready to provide effective solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers;Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Salary
NGN 100,000 - 150,000 Monthly.
