We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cleaning the store and getting it ready
  • Assist customers in store
  • Follow all procedures
  • Escalate all issues and complaints to manager
  • Conduct final quality control checks on every item before it is shipped
  • Send daily store reports to the manager
  • Assist the store manager
  • Ensure that the store has adequate inventory at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication (or related courses).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Experience in retail is compulsory
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team;
  • Digital communication skills
  • Written and verbal skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with content management software.

Remuneration
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
