Berrymart Integrated Services Limited is a dynamic, innovative, service centric, wholly indigenous company and a major player in the Nigeria FMCG distributorship sector. Since inception in 2010 the company has steadily continued to expand its business network, with its core operation in the distribution of NAFDAC certified highly consumable cookies and British manufactured Beverage to wholesale markets and supermarkets in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The individual is expected to direct his team to attain everyday sales target and surpass expectations of customers.

Job Description

  • Setting up sales procedure for team members.
  • Organize marketing plans to attain sales target.
  • Support in Sales staff recruitment as necessary.
  • Appraise performance of team members
  • Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.

Requirements

  • Graduate with minimum of five years practical experience in the FMCG industry.
  • An outstanding supervisory experience.
  • Demonstration of positive team player spirit
  • Conversant with retail principles required to effectively process sales operations.
  • Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Possession of valid driver’s license and LASDRI

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 plus sales incentives.
