We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position
  • Strong and full of energy to drive sales
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is an advantage
  • Outstanding and excellent communication skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Demonstrated experience of running sales teams.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Remuneration
N100, 000 - N150,000 / Month
