We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • General business basis defined organization sales process.
  • Carry out lead generation activities in the defined territory to generate sales and build the customer base.
  • Strong monitoring and follow up with prospects for face to face meeting, analyzing need and providing the right solution.
  • Execute Feet on Street (FOS) sales activities to enhance conversion and productivity of the distribution unit.
  • Build ownership for business persistency through proactive customer relationship management.
  • Manage customer life cycle through upselling and cross selling of insurance products.
  • Adapt to the market and business dynamics with continuous learning and performance review management.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree / HND qualification

Salary
N30,000 / Month.
