Job Description

  • Answering customers questions on products and services.
  • Offering assistance to customers and rendering advise on services/products.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and following up on feedback.
  • Welcome customers and greet them in a friendly and warm manner.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest and plan ways to improves sales.

Education / Skills

  • B.Sc / HND in any field of study from a reputable institution.
  • 0-3 years work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great Customer management skills.
  • Great team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and problem solving skills.
