Job Title: Business Analyst - Process Management
Ref: BAPM Location: Nigeria
Liaise with staff of other departments to review processes
Provide support and suggestions in preparing process documents, improving processes, publishing and updating processes on the portal
Identify process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance
Analyze business performance regularly and raising insights for business improvement
Drive fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems
Conduct market analyses, analyze both product line and overaIl productivity of the business.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any Social Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent degree. Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Not more than 35 years of age
Minimum of 2 years work experience in related or similar functions
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Telecom experience is an added advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office suite and proficiency in flowchart tools
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
Proven analytical background.
