Job Vacancy Description

Our Senior Business Development and Client Service executive will help our organization remain competitive and grow by identifying and acquiring new accounts that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company. The Senior Business Development Executive will support the development and growth of profitable new business; develop and maintain effective key client relationships as well as ensure business growth through prospecting and managing business development activities.

 

 


JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support development and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
• Develop new business and long term account opportunities
• Maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.
• Identifying new client engagement leads
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Support Planning of new marketing initiatives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts
• Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations

• Must be effective at initiating high-level contacts in the brands and marketing community in Nigeria and have strong presentation skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills required
• Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful marketing strategies; have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
• Possess growth-oriented mindset and be able to manage growth responsibly.  Entrepreneurial-oriented philosophy
