They are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

He/ She will create marketing strategies to effectively advertise the company's products and services, function as the contact point for both old and new clients, and ensure the profitability of the company.
Overseeing the marketing and sales department, planning and coordinating the marketing and sales activities of the company.
Identifying potential customers and meeting with prime potential customers.
Developing marketing campaigns, plans and strategies
Advising and assisting in recruiting and training marketers, salesmen/sales representatives.
Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share while considering customer satisfaction.
Understanding and developing budgets including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Compiling lists describing the organisation’s offerings.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns and promotions
Organizing Company conferences, workshops, trainings, trade shows and other events.
Building brand awareness and positioning
Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts and communicating the market plan
Researching demand for the organization’s products and services and evaluating competitors
Handling Social media, public relation efforts and content marketing and producing valuable and engaging content for company’s website and blog that attract and convert target groups
Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Overseeing, creating and delivery of press releases, advertisements and other marketing materials.
Designing of print ads and publications
Interacting with various departments including research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, legal and compliance.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
Must have above 2 years of work experience as a Marketing Manager
Must be knowledgeable and updated when it comes to market trends, processes and policies
Proximity to Abijo along the Lekki-Epe is an advantage

Salary
N150,000 monthly
