Job Title: Marketing / Sales Coordinator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption: 1st February, 2021

Responsibility

  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by sales team.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, BSc/BA in Marketing, business administration or relevant field.
  • Gender: Male and Female
  • 0 - 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales; lead with the ability to constantly meet set targets will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving.
  • Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A team player with high level of dedication and passion for the job.
  • A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self starter.
  • To enjoy networking and meeting new people

Sales Target:

  • 5 million monthly

Remuneration

  • Sales Commission: 10% on every sales.
  • Basic Salary:N40,000 (Upon meeting sales target - N70,000) monthly
