We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Are you an ambitious graduate who enjoys variety, new challenges and keen to work within the consultancy sector? Due to ongoing business growth we are currently recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive.
  • This role is ideal for an experienced Business Professional who has an excellent understanding of Human Resources within a consultancy sales environment.

Main Job Summary

  • Develop a strategy to bring new businesses; research, identify and tackle new markets while building relationships internally within the channel.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • First Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
  • Client Facing Experience
  • Persuasive Communication
  • Proactive and Self-Motivation
  • Business Acumen
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
