TechAdvance is a payment application development company with a strategic focus in developing and deploying niche payment companies to serve the needs of large public and private sector organisations in Emerging markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Corporate Sales

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (Virtual)
Reporting Line: Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose

  • The incumbent is responsible for directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets.
  • The role is accountable for the development and implementation of sales and client relationship strategies, to achieve Strategic/long-term sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Long-term and annual Sales strategy and business plans.
  • Resource and cultivate talent to build a fully operational Sales team
  • Lead development, execution and signoff of business plans including a growth and profitability management and negotiation with strategic partners
  • Define new go to market business models and partners
  • Responsible for all sales activities and growth of the business including P&L end-to-end.
  • Directly responsible for driving business competitive growth and profitability
  • Drive & monitor consistently great execution through ensuring the right metrics framework is in place
  • Champion evolution of sales system improvements geared to unlock future growth.

The Ideal Person
The Ideal candidate must have:

  • 10 years experience in sales.
  • Functional and technical knowledge including P&L (financial acumen)
  • Proven track record of delivery of business results
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales ninjas.
  • Adept at using tools to drive sales metrics
  • Board level communication skills with an ability to devise sales strategies
  • Ability to independently create sales documentation
  • Self starter orientation with well recorded career successes and Highs in b2b Sales.
