With our head office in Victoria Island, Lagos, e have developed a vast network of partnership with businesses all across the country to bring innovation into the real estate sector in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Partner

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Twice Weekly)

Job Description
The duties & responsibilities are not limited to the following:

  • To market the company’s products which includes lands and housings
  • To prepare a proper sales report to superiors through scheduled reporting pathways
  • To organize face-to-face meetings with clients, cold calls and emails to potential clients
  • To continually maintain positive relationship with existing clients to retain business
  • Schedule and conduct site inspections and follow up
  • Close sales

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
  • Real Estate Marketing Experience
  • Ability to convince
  • Digital Marketing skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Dogged, Rugged and determined to achieve results
