We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy Sector Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Enugu, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Hit sales quotas
  • Coordinate sales assistants to ensure they prospect and onboard businesses
  • Design and ensure implementation of scalable sales strategy for their team member
  • Follow up with sales assistant to ensure active and inactive business partners are visited and if need be mobilize retrieval of POS from inactive business partners
  • Recruit, onboard and train sales assistants and continuously improve sales processes
  • Ensure sales assistant meet up target
  • Actively collate report from sales assistant and give same to the superior

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5 Years experience in Sales,  Marketing or Relationship Management from Banking Sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of POS business, great understanding of agency banking and merchant scenarios
  • Extremely flexible, result-oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales target
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions

Remuneration
N150,000 Monthly.
