We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Team Leader

Location: South East, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • He / She will be responsible for the level of sales in an area within the South East Region, by supervising a group of Business Development Executives engaged in promoting sales and supplying products (MPS/CPS) to clients in order to increase market share.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Team Effectiveness
  • Sales, Relationship Building & Productivity
  • Marketing, and
  • Compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, relationship management or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a BD team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
