We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos (Island)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales of products.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Set-up a goal driven marketing team.
  • Define and follow up of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications .
  • 5+ years in sales, marketing and business promotion
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Strong communications Skills
  • Suitable candidate must have track record of selling high end and luxurious houses in specific locations such as  Ikoyi, Banana Island, Victoria Island and Lekki.

Renumeration

  • N4,200,000.00 Naira only per annum
