Shelter Aid Limited is a leading Real Estate Company that has made its landmark in housing delivery and has created outstanding client satisfaction in the real estate sector. Shelter Aid Limited duly registered under CAMA by the CAC 1996 has its corporate headquarters at its own commercial building (Shelter Aid Plaza) at No 41 Mambolo Street, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, with presence in various states in Nigeria. Shelter Aid Limited is the organizer of the leading annual Real Estate and Construction Expo (RECON) through its associate, Shelter Aid Organization.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Wuse Zone 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate with minimum of HND, B.Sc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Must have 1-6 years work experience.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques.
  • Must have adequate marketing experience (in the Real Estate and Construction Sector is an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with social media management.
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Must be well organized and a good team player.
  • Must be focus and result oriented.
  • Ability to generate leads.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in oral and verbal communication.
  • Must be living in Abuja.
