Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Fichaya is looking for an assertive and entrepreneurial business development Executive, who is passionate about driving sales, growth and strategic partnerships for the brand. You’ll work independently and with the team to originate and close business deals
  • You’ll work closely with other functional teams including product development, Marketing, and Operations.

What you’ll Do

  • Increase sales through building relationships with potential clients.
  • Promote brand awareness by attending local networking events.
  • Work closely with the Team to develop strategies and plans to deliver the desired message.
  • Identify new customer base
  • Establish and track goals weekly with the operations team
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of core services of the Fichaya Brand
  • Prepare sales propositions, generate business cases and sales planning
  • To own, drive and deliver results for key categories assigned
  • To provide weekly and regular updates, sales showcasing activity and pipeline development, business closed and share any insight to other potential collaborations.

Minimum Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration or other related fields
  • 1-2 yrs experience in a similar role, particularly in the real estate industry
  • Must reside on the island and its environs

A bit About You:

  • You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for problem solving
  • You have a good understanding of project management, and great at executing said projects.
  • Ability to work on several types of projects at the same time – new business sales, renewal of existing partnerships, sales strategy, sales pipeline forecasting, lead generation
  • Strong communication skills and eye for detail. This role requires the ability to create informative documents and present them directly to Senior Leadership at Handy and to external partners
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter that can take a project and run with it, digging into data and coming up with strategic recommendations
