Due to expansion, the Automobile arm of the group, Coscharis Motors Plc, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After-sales Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Identification of After-sales weakness and areas of improvement
  • Implementation of core processes of After-sales
  • Ensure smooth workflow in the workshop, targets and deadlines are achieved to pave way for customer satisfaction.
  • Interface between customers and workshop to ensure personnel attends to the complaints of customers amongst others

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years hands on experience in handling after-sales operation of a well-structured automobile company
  • Must be able to operate diagnostic machine with excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills etc.
