Job Title: Technical Support / SAP Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Company’s PC in LAN/WAN environment, including installation and configuration of Routers, Switches and cabling.
  • Provide first-line support at every official computer users’ desk.
  • Analyze, Identify and resolve computer hardware problems.
  • Provide expertise advice on computer/communication equipment selection, procurement and installation.
  • Provide adequate support for Microsoft Office/windows installation, Email setup on desktop and mobile devices and Internet connections.
  • Manage official mobile and internet contracts (i.e Dongles and CUG).

Skills & Competencies Required for the Role

  • B.SC / HND, M.SC  in Computer Science/Engineering or ICT related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years  of relevant experience
  • Certificate/Training in S.A.P ERP (Systems Application and Product) Business one Module
  • Ideal candidate must possess good communication skills
  • Excellent Management skills 
  • Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Web development / design (added skills)
  • Graphics design skills (added skills)
  • Good social media knowledge

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
