We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Duties

  • The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans and prepare bill of quantity and bill of material required to execute projects in collaboration with the project architect.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for client request and proposal, ensuring viability of proposals and advising best courses of action after feasibility study has been concluded.
  • Manage contractor and subcontractor relationship by determining scope of service, hiring and negotiating with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Value completed work and arrange payments to contractors and subcontractors.
  • Manage labour schedule at construction sites.
  • Keep track of construction materials and inventory as well as tracking changes in plans or constructions and updating budgets.
  • Keep track of construction materials and inventory and provide progress report on usage of materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Quantity Surveying.
  • Not less than 2 years’ related experience.
