Scholarleen is on a mission to improve access to quality education especially for those in developing countries. We provide inspirational tips on higher education, study abroad, and financing studies through coaching (writing, digital media) and community-led outreach. Recently, we organized the foremost bootcamp to coach aspiring scholars on securing postgraduate admissions and scholarship in machine learning, data science and artificial intelligence.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Intern

Location: Remote

About the Role

  • Scholarleen is rapidly evolving, and looking for an Operations Intern to help us implement, coordinate and launch new initiatives.
  • You will support in launching and managing these service lines and standardizing current processes.
  • You will be taking on various projects and assisting our Operations manager to ensure our continuous fast paced growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who has good organizational skills and is able to coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching new product / service lines and setting up standard sales funnel
  • Review and upgrade current digital marketing processes and oversee all digital marketing efforts to meet targets
  • Review performance of current workforce and hire new team members for designated roles
  • You are a Scholarleen ambassador.
  • You will be building and maintaining new relationships with partners from various locations and countries.

Ideal candidate

  • A recent graduate of a tertiary institution with some client-facing experience
  • Has demonstrable managerial skills
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate teams remotely
  • Has strong communication, research and writing skills
  • Has passion for elearning and able to mentor others
  • Is extremely organized and detail-oriented.
