Job Title: State Coordinator

Job Description

  • Responsible for delivering a well-managed business of customer accounts that meets or exceeds revenue targets through demonstrated value to the customer, relationship and sales excellence practices
  • Interpret and explains overall expectation and procedures to Office Heads, Revenue Agents and the public related to billing and collection processes and procedures for property taxes, etc.;
  • Transmitting directives from management to field operatives,
  • Escalating pertinent information from the field to the Executive Management Team through.
