A progressive ICT Company with core focus on providing IT and Internet Services as well as Distribution of Telecommunications Equipment; is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team in the position below:

Job Title: IT Technical Support Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • The role would suit a hardworking person to provide technical support to customers, duties include installing Radios CPEs’ and system configuration, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
  • This position is well suited to individuals who not only have a genuine passion for technology, but also have a creative streak and are heavily solution driven.
  • Must be good team players, open and flexible with an inquisitive mind.

Essential Skills

  • Must be proficient in IT especially Windows, Active Directory, Servers and Applications, knowledge of Networking Essentials -TCIIP, DHCP, Routing DNS essential.
  • Knowledge of Fibre Optic cable termination and Radio Installation advantage
  • Must have good knowledge of ICT & Internet Services Industry
  • Must be able to think ‘outside the box” and possess a high level enthusiasm.
