Job Summary

  • Our client in the hospitality industry requires for immediate employment an HR Business Partner that can work on the development of solutions through organizational development, culturalandprocess‐orientedperspectives in the hospitality industry.

Job Description

  • The HR Business Partner works on the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process‐oriented perspectives.
  • Ability to create Job descriptions per role of current and intending staffs and as well set KPIs
  • Possess Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, leading, facilitating, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem-solving.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to their business leaders and to their team to drive results through people and systems initiatives.
  • Work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.
  • Offersolutioninemployee related issues and policies
  • Question and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
  • Develop solutions through organizational development, cultural and process‐oriented perspectives.
  • Buildeffectivepartnership on all levels of the team and successfully implement programs that drive business results.
  • Analyse business unit trends and metrics in partnership with HR cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs and policies to improve HR’s contribution to the organization’s goals
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and other areas of Talent Management
  • Partner with both the business unit to assess and effectively address human resources needs in areas such as organizational design, manning needs, performance management, talent selection, employee relations and compensation, and career, competency and leadership development
  • Ensure the hotelcomplywithFederaland local laws
  • Assess andanticipateHR-related needs and communicate those needs proactively within the partnering leadership team
  • Identify top potentials ready now for critical positions and contribute to the effective utilization of best talent across different functions in the organization
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs; may participate or drive coaching with the Senior staffs
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs’ success. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Lead and facilitate change initiatives
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Requirements

  • HR Business Partner should maintain an exemplary attitude, behaviours, skills, and values
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and / or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in a similar or related role in HR
  • Proven ability to establish strong, influential relationships with all levels in and organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data, and develop solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively and clearly convey ideas verbally and in writing
  • Solid experience in organization design, talent management, learning and development, and change strategies.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
