Job Title: Help Desk Assistant

Provide technical assistance such as assisting customers and agents with, account creation and handling Li customer and agent complaints.
Maintain a logbook where all customer and agent visits and transactions will be recorded.
Keep a ‘detailed record of all problems diagnosed and fixed.
Qualification & Skills Required
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
University Degree from a Reputable University.
2 years’ experience in banking or Telco or FMCG. Good communication in the local language.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
