We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guard Servicing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Train Guards in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
  • Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes
  • Resolving problems
  • Writing reports
  • Providing management with feedback

Requiremnets

  • Minimum B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Any related course of study
  • Excellent communicative and leadership skills
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong communication dexterity
  • Comfortable working in and across teams.
