Divine AG Solutions Limited (RC 1243335) was incorporated in 2015 to provide recruitment and outsourcing services in accordance with the terms agreed between us and our clients.

Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients ranging from individual clients, government parastatals, corporate organizations, manufacturing companies, public sectors/organizations, hotels, churches as well as multinationals companies and corporations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AC Technician

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Performs all the duties of an HVAC Mechanic.
  • Performs repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities.
  • Respond and attend toguestrepair requests.
  • Communicate with guests or staff to resolve any HVAC maintenance issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining records of work done, time records.
  • Update the work orderlog bookand inform the Engineering control desk on thestatusof work done.
  • Reads blue prints works from manufacturer’s operating manuals or applies knowledge of equipment to devise appropriate repairs.
  • Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
  • Knowledgeable in methods to do advance troubleshooting of refrigerant system, control system and skilled in reclaiming refrigerant, insuring proper regulatory paperwork on same.
  • Coordinates with service representative and others as necessary to accomplish installations or repairs.
  • Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.
  • Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of cooling system (AC, Cold room and Ice making machine) when required.
  • Plans, recommends, and carries out an approved program on scheduled maintenance.
  • Performpreventive maintenancefor all HVAC units and refrigerators.
  • Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved hotels communication programs and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
  • Must have 4-8 years work experience

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
