Capital Express Assurance Limited is a loading life insurance company in Nigeria, is recruiting at its branch in Ibadan, Oyo State. Capital Express Assurance is a recapitalized life assurance company with the Head Office located at 13 Bishop Kale Close, Victoria Island, Lagos. It has international branches in Ghana, Gambia, Liberia, Sierra Leone, South Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Unit Head

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Full Time
Job Field: Administration / Secretarial

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train financial planners for the Unit.
  • Ensures that the production and profitability budget of the Unit is achieved.
  • Participates in the financial planners' recruitment process for the Agency.
  • Supports the Unit financial planners in closing business and general sales activities.
  • Prepares agreed unit reports and submit to the Agency Manager.
  • Engages in marketing to meet the personal target

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • B.Sc/ HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • A great flair for marketing
  • A minimum of 2 -5 years post-graduation working career in any Financial institution
  • Must Reside in Ibadan.
