We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Training Service Manager
Identify and assess the training needs of the client organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with the client organization leadership.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific client business needs.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods by creating a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the client organization goals.
Effectively manage training budget.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets client business needs and improves performance.
Assess employee skills performance and productivity to identify areas of need improvement.
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (essential).
Must have 5-7 years experience in training and development management (essential).
Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
Strategic and creative mindset.
