Job Title: Training and Capacity Development Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and innovativeTraining and Capacity Development Manager to oversee and manage our training school program.
- The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of relevant experience, be fluent in Hausa, and demonstrate a strong commitment to rural development.
- The role involves developing training content, creating capacity-building materials, managing the training school, and increasing the capacity of rural farming entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
Training Content and Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training content and curriculum tailored to the needs of rural farming entrepreneurs.
- Align curriculum with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Program Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the training school/program, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Capacity Building Kits Development:
- Create relevant capacity-building kits and tools to support training initiatives.
- Ensure materials are accessible, practical, and effective for the target audience.
Program Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the training school/program, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Address challenges during program implementation.
Entrepreneurial Capacity Building:
- Develop strategies to increase the capacity of rural farming entrepreneurs to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and support to entrepreneurs as needed.
Progress Reporting:
- Regularly report the progress trainees and training programs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of reports aligned with the objectives of the Program.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in training program development and capacity-building initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing training schools or similar programs.
- Fluency in Hausa is a must.
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with rural communities and a deep understanding of farming entrepreneurship.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Net Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
