We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trainee Dry-Cleaning and Laundry Supervisor

Location: Ketu / Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

The person will work closely with the supervisor and Factory Manager to learn about the business both on the job and off the job.
He/She will work closely with the supervisor, Factory Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to understand what professional laundry and dry-cleaning entails, as well as understanding fabrics and how to test for fabrics.
He/ She will work closely with the Supervisor, Factory Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to understand stain identification and removal techniques. As well as pressing techniques, detailed pressing, finishing, packaging and pre quality checks.
He/ She will later be responsible for some factory roles till he proves a great understanding and capability to train and supervise other factory workers.
He/She will eventually be responsible for the proper supervision of the factory workers and ensure SOP's are judiciously followed to ensure every item goes back to the Customer like brand new.

Requirements

The person must possess a minimum of OND in any science-related course.
He/ She must be a good listener, well behaved, patient, resilient and able to work well under pressure.
He/ She must possess a Can-do spirit and must be someone that pays very good attention to details.
He/ She must be a fast learner and highly trainable.
